Behind architectural studio TAKT are two mega brains who are based in the Sydney region doing some beautiful work. Photographing for architects can sometimes have interesting complex conversations prior to shooting their work, after all they’ve spent years detailing and getting right for the client. Brent and Katharina didn’t brief, they told me very little and that was enough, their work did the rest.

The Pixel Trade was to photograph two of their smaller projects which were equally as detailed and precise as one another. It did however require summoning my childhood skills of climbing roofs and standing on top of unstable objects to get some key angles of these dwellings.
