Beast and Beaujolais are the two words that stay in mind from this trade. Sir Lewis is the owner of Pearl Cafe & the upstairs zone known as The Servery. Located in Brisbane, The Servery is a space that only the best writer could describe after spending days in contemplation. One of the reasons for this is because Lady Jackson, the brain behind the company SuperAverage, has done such a phenomenal design for the fit out.

The Pixel Trade was to photograph the two areas. The Servery during their Beast and Beaujolais night, where a free range animal is cooked to perfection and served with the finest wine. Pearl Cafe during breakfast and dinner whilst watching the finest produce float past the camera. Descriptions aside, I simply felt like I was in one of the most comfortable public spaces I have ever come across. I was right at home along with all the strangers seated around me.
