So the beginning of this trade was on North Stradbroke island, this is where lunch began and due to the failure of a very technical electric cooktop, risotto was achieved by prodding the fireplace with a pan full of content. Following this was an early ferry ride and a few days of what became a diverse trade with lots of good food, warm beds and no pickled onions.

The Pixel Trade found my body and camera in the space of Wiley & Co, a construction management company, photographing portraits in specific spaces. After that came Suzie’s architectural practice Surroundings. Spend half a day photographing this space and you’re guaranteed a barbecue, coloured territorial spaces, and a garden with sharp surprises, if you choose to jump into it. Cactus.
