If you haven’t tried the finest vanilla ice cream with soft salt flakes and the richest olive oil, then as humans say, you haven’t lived. Eric and Ruth own Sketch Ice Cream in Berkeley, a boutique ‘flavor explosion’ with the finest treats you can find.

The Pixel trade involved arriving early in the morning to photograph the baking and making all the way through to the final cup of ice cream…going into my sugar lined stomach. The only painful part of this trade was Sketch Ice Cream getting smaller and smaller in the mirror of the automobile as we drove away.
