I found myself and George on a red eye flight to High Point, a big town in North Carolina, as part 2 of my longest-ever trade. Contradictory to its size, the population of the place felt like a grand total of 2: myself and George. Apparently, High Point experiences life about four times a year when all of its huge, sprawling warehouses fill up with furniture designers from all over the globe as part of a series of trade fairs. Now was not one of those times.

The Pixel Trade was focused on photographing as much as we could across two showroom locations for Noir + CFC. It was three full days of click click, eat eat, click click, each day ending with a beer and two delirious men laughing at each other over things that no one else could understand… and sometimes were so delirious that we didn’t understand ourselves either.
