Street Food Thursday
There is a night in Berlin, should you find yourself on the streets in Kreuzberg, that will spike your smell senses to such an extreme pleasurable level, that you will have no choice but to follow your nose. It’s Thursday night and it’s the smell of perfectly crafted food stalls that send you into some kind of fairytale dream of experiences. Casper the friendly ghost is there, Cinderella, you name it and they’re eating here on Thursday.
The Pixel Trade was photographing a whole lot of the stalls and some of the food they create. Each time I finished shooting a stall they were insistent on some of their food hitting my mouth. I didn’t resist the insist, despite each mouthful being the absolute limit to my storage capacity.
Interview with two food stalls
Describe your most memorable adventure as a child.

In the cold winter after the harvest season, watching beautiful sunset and the endless rice field. The paddyfield is very huge for me in that time.
