Little Daylight | Band

Ding dong went the door bell, moments later I was walking up the stairs and into the 3 month studio space where Little Daylight were working on their debut album. Like most people Eric, Nikki & Matt had their priorities right... Food first and everything else later. Little Daylight is a cool new band made of up these three musicians, who create a really great sounds reminiscent of the 60’s pop era...Well I wasn’t alive then but one can assume based on other sounds from that time.

The Pixel Trade was taking shots during their first rehearsal for their debut album. It was pretty unreal to see how the first stages of an album begin. Food, talk, bit of playing, bit of singing... some more food and so it goes. The trade was lined up through their good friend Amber who I traded with back in Oceanside last year. The space that we were all hanging out in is a location that the owners, a sculpture artist and photographer, rent to people working on creative projects in New York City.
